About
One of us spent thirty years improving processes and implementing technology inside organizations with thousands of employees. The other runs a property business whose admin was taking more of his week than the business itself. When we compared notes, it was the same problem: work stuck in handoffs, in inboxes, and in the heads of a few people who knew how things really ran.
Large companies pay to fix it. Owazo AI exists because today's technology makes the economics work at any size.
Who we are
This isn't our first company together. We co-founded an IT service management consultancy and software business and sold it to a global enterprise IT management software company, and Owazo AI is the third company each of us has started. Today, one of us owns how the work should run, and the other owns how it gets built and kept running.
Co-founder
Software architecture and the build standard
Twenty years in technology, more than fifteen of them building software as a developer, architect and engineer. Daniel designs what we sell and holds the line on how it gets built, which is why our work is documented rather than improvised.
Co-founder
Process improvement and technology programs
Michel's work has always started with the same questions: what does this business actually have, what is it costing, and does the work flow the way anyone thinks it does? Then he fixes the process, and only then automates it.
Engineers, designers and specialists, brought in for what each piece of work needs and chosen for what they're genuinely good at. Most of them we've worked with for years. It's how a small firm delivers work that would otherwise need a large one.
Where we are
The method and the track record behind it go back decades. Bringing it to businesses this size, with these tools, is new, and early clients get our full attention because of it.
They also shape what we build next, and get asked what they think rather than told what's coming. And for owner-led businesses, it's why the Owazo AI Assessment comes with a money-back guarantee.
Our systems were proven in Realhaven first, and we're now doing the same work for our first outside clients.
What we believe
Half the value of looking properly at a business is finding the steps that should be deleted rather than sped up. Automating a broken process just produces failures faster and more consistently.
Whether we build it for you or build it with you, we explain what it does in plain English and make it work the way your business already works. You bring the knowledge of your business. The technical part is ours.
We build every system to show its work: what it was given, what it did and why. A black box that's usually right is hard to defend on the day it isn't.
Everything we build is documented in plain English and yours to keep. If you want to bring it in-house or hand it to someone else, we'll help you do it. A business that only works because of one supplier isn't an asset.
Straight answers
Owner-led businesses where the work runs through one person, and growing companies of 20 to 250 people where it gets stuck between teams. The industry matters less than the shape of the work: if yours runs on deadlines, documents and follow-up that only happens when somebody chases it, you're the right kind of business.
Businesses looking for someone to run a tool they've already bought, and businesses where nobody has decided how the work should go. We'll say so in our first conversation rather than take the money and find out later.
Two co-founders, a bench of specialists we've worked with for years, and a growing team. What that means in practice is that you deal with the people who design and build your systems, with nobody in between.
Yes. Our systems were proven in Realhaven first, and we're now doing the same work for our first outside clients. We're early, and we'd rather you heard that from us.
You tell us and we fix it. Everything we build is documented well enough that your system never depends on one person.
Then you stop. Everything is written down in plain English and yours to keep, and we'll help you bring it in-house or hand it to someone else.
