Owazo AI Assessment · For businesses with 1 to 20 people · $999

We'll show you where to get back four hours a week,or your money back.

In one hour, we learn how work moves through your business. The written report that follows shows where time and money are being lost, what to improve, which tools to use where they help and what they cost, and the order to do it in. You can carry it out yourself or with our help.

  • One hour, live, with an experienced advisor. Questions only: no sales pitch and no demos.
  • Three to seven recommendations, each with the improvement, any tool and its cost, and the hours it gives back.
  • About a week from start to finish. An hour with you, your written report, a walkthrough together, and 30 days to ask us anything about it.

If your assessment does not identify at least four hours a week to give back to you, you get your full fee back. Claim it within 30 days of your walkthrough call. No questions, no negotiation. For owner-led businesses with 1 to 20 people.

What you get

What your assessment includes.

Every deliverable is written in plain English, and all of it is yours to keep, whether or not you work with us again.

An expert's undivided attention on your business.

A structured conversation about how work moves through your week: what comes in, who handles it, where it stalls, and what only gets done when someone follows up. You talk, and we listen closely. The most valuable findings often come from something mentioned in passing.

Three to seven specific recommendations.

Each recommendation states the problem in your own words, the improvement, whether that's a simpler way to handle the work or a tool, what any tool costs (with a link), the hours it should return each week, and the effort required to set it up.

The order to do them in.

Quick wins that take under an hour to set up come first, and larger projects are identified as projects. Knowing what to do second matters as much as knowing what to do first.

A four-day plan to get started.

What to set up on day one, connect on day two, test on day three, and launch on day four. Day one is always the easiest win, so progress begins immediately.

The financial impact, and how to measure it.

Hours saved, valued at what you tell us your time is worth. Where a recovered hour goes back to you rather than to revenue, we say so rather than inflate the figure. Each recommendation also includes a measure of success: where you are today, the target, and how you will know it is working.

A walkthrough call and 30 days of follow-up.

We review the report with you on a call rather than simply sending it, and you can ask follow-up questions for 30 days afterward.

What we look for

Three questions about every part of your business.

These are the lenses we use to organize what you tell us, so the report addresses revenue and quality as well as time.

Winning work

Where are you losing money you should be making?

Leads that wait too long for a reply, quotes that go out a day late, follow-ups that only happen when someone remembers.

Getting time back

Where does the week go?

The same information typed into three places, the report rebuilt from scratch every Monday, the inbox that consumes the first hour of every day.

Doing better work

Where does quality slip?

Proposals that look dated, customers who ask the same question twice, the handoff where details go missing.

We understand the work before we recommend anything to automate it.

Every finding is then placed on a single chart.

Each is scored on its value to your business and the effort to implement it. Quick wins lead the plan, larger projects take their place in the sequence, and those not worth pursuing are identified so you can set them aside.

How it runs

About a week, and 90 minutes of your time.

1

Choose your time.

Pick a time from our calendar, usually with times available the same week, and tell us a little about your business.

2

Pay to confirm it.

Pay $999 securely to confirm your time. Your confirmation, Teams link and receipt arrive by email straight away.

3

We confirm before the call.

A reminder of the time, and a note that we record the call. Recording lets us listen closely rather than take notes, and it is used only to prepare your report.

4

We spend the hour on your business.

No presentation about us and no software demos. We ask how your work moves, listen carefully, and close by asking what it would cost you if nothing changed over the next 90 days.

5

We prepare and verify your report.

Every price and feature is checked against the vendor's own site in the week you receive the report, and dated, so you are acting on current information.

6

We walk you through the findings.

A 30-minute screen-share call. We focus on the quick wins, connect each one to what you told us, and help you decide where to start.

7

You have 30 days of follow-up.

If a step in the plan raises a question, or a tool turns out not to fit, ask us and we will answer.

The assessment

One price, with nothing added later.

No retainer, no "starting from" pricing, and no charges after the fact.

What's included

  • About an hour, live, on how work actually moves through your business.
  • Three to seven recommendations, each with the improvement, and any tool's price and link.
  • Hours saved and their value for every recommendation, with the math shown.
  • A four-day quick start plan, easiest win first.
  • A 30-minute walkthrough call once the report is ready.
  • 30 days of follow-up questions.

What it asks of you

  • About 90 minutes. The hour, then the walkthrough.
  • No preparation. Nothing to complete and no data to gather.
  • A clear view of what an hour of your time is worth.

What isn't included

  • Implementation. The assessment is the plan, not the build, and most of it you can carry out yourself.
  • Help with implementation is available afterward and entirely optional. Start the Owazo AI Concierge within 30 days and half your assessment fee comes off your first month.

Our guarantee

If your assessment does not identify at least four hours a week to give back to you, you get your full fee back. Claim it within 30 days of your walkthrough call. No questions, no negotiation.

You're paying before we've met, so the risk should sit with us rather than with you. The guarantee turns on what your report names, so there's nothing to prove and nothing to argue about.

If you want help afterwards

Three ways forward, including one without us.

The report is written so you can act on it yourself. If you would prefer support, there are two options.

On your own

Follow the plan

The four-day plan, the tools and the measures are all in the report. It works equally well in the hands of your own team or another firm.

→ Nothing more to buy.

Before you book

Three reasons not to book this.

You already know exactly what you want built.

Then an assessment isn't the right purchase. Send us the details and we'll come back with a fixed price.

Your team hasn't agreed how the work should run.

If the business hasn't settled its own process, an assessment will document the disagreement rather than resolve it. That is worth settling first, and we will tell you if we see it.

Your business has more than 20 people.

This assessment is designed for owner-led businesses with 1 to 20 people. For larger teams, the Owazo AI Readiness Assessment is designed for your organization.

Before you ask

Common questions.

How do you count the four hours?

Every recommendation comes with the hours it saves across your business, and we count them conservatively, at the low end of every estimate. The report shows the math and whose hours they are, so you can check it yourself.

Why do I pay when I book?

Payment confirms your time. The hour is then held for you alone, and the hour itself is spent on your business rather than on administration.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Nothing in the report assumes you write code or run software, and the tools we recommend are chosen for whether your team will actually use them.

What if it tells me things I already knew?

Then you'll have them written down with the hours each one saves next to it, in an order, with a plan for the first four days. That's usually the part that was missing.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No, and the report is deliberately written so you don't have to. If you'd like help, we'll talk about it on the walkthrough call, and not before. If you start the Owazo AI Concierge within 30 days of your assessment, half your assessment fee comes off your first month.

Why do you record the call?

So we can give you our full attention rather than take notes, and so nothing mentioned in passing is missed. The recording is used only to build your report.

Who is this actually for?

Owners of businesses with 1 to 20 people, significant administrative work, and no one internally responsible for technology. Industry matters less than the shape of the work: if your business runs on deadlines, documents and follow-up, the assessment is designed for you.
