The aim of every session: something working that wasn't working before.

What you get
This is an ongoing working relationship, not a one-off project. The work happens on your screen and in your tools, and everything we build stays with you.
You share your screen and we work through your business together, live. Each session takes one process, looks at how it runs today, and improves it while you're at the keyboard. These are working sessions, with no presentations and no status updates.
The aim of each session is one thing working that wasn't working when we started, shaped to your business rather than taken off the shelf. For example: quotes drafted from a job request at your prices and in your terms, customer follow-ups prepared on schedule and ready for your approval, or a weekly summary of the numbers you run the business by, pulled from the tools you already use.
Contact us whenever something we've built needs attention or you're unsure of the next step, and we'll help you resolve it. If a question turns into new work, it goes on the agenda for your next session, or we quote it separately.
Log in to see each session: the date, what we built, the key points, and the next steps on both sides. Files are shared both ways inside the portal, so nothing is lost in email.
How we work
Automating a broken process only produces the wrong result faster. So every process goes through the same three steps, in the same order.
You walk us through it step by step, as it really happens rather than as it's documented. The gap between the two is usually where the time goes.
Steps that exist only because they always have, approvals that add no real control, and the same information entered in three places. Every step removed is one that never needs automating.
Because the process is already lean, what we build is simpler, easier to maintain, and produces work you'd put your name to.
You're at the keyboard throughout, so you understand what was built and it doesn't depend on us to keep running.
How it runs
When you're ready, you review a short agreement, sign it online, and set up your payment in the same sitting.
Scheduling opens as soon as you've signed up, so you choose the time for your first session right away.
A short questionnaire, about ten minutes: where your time goes, the work you repeat, the tools you already use, and what you most want to stop doing. It means your first session starts on the work rather than on background questions.
If you're not yet using AI tools in your business, the first session puts them in place properly. If you're further along, we start on your first process.
We review what's open from last time, choose the next piece of work, and build it together.
Within one business day you'll have the write-up: what we built, the key points, and the next steps on both sides.
Contact us whenever you need to. At the end of each month, your portal lists everything built, so you can see exactly what the month delivered.
The service
Month to month, with no long-term contract, and a clear scope that keeps it simple for both of us. If you've completed the Owazo AI Assessment, half your assessment fee comes off your first month when you start within 30 days.

The service depends on your time in the sessions. When sessions are repeatedly moved, progress stalls and you pay for time you don't use.
Before you ask
No. You'll be at the keyboard, and we explain each step as we go. The sessions are designed for people who run businesses, not software.
No, though it helps. The Owazo AI Assessment produces a written plan of what to improve and in what order, so your sessions start with the work worth the most. Without one, the questionnaire covers the same ground in less depth. If you've had the assessment, half the fee comes off your first month when you start within 30 days.
We recommend it. Each Concierge session builds new work into your AI, and the Owazo AI Operating System gives that work a permanent home, so your AI keeps your rules, your voice and everything we've built together from one session to the next.
Questions, and resolving issues with anything we've built together. It doesn't cover new building between sessions: if a question turns into new work, it becomes the first item at your next session, or we quote it separately.
