Owazo AI Operating System

An AI that already knowshow your business runs.

Most people start every AI conversation from zero, explaining the business again and correcting the same mistakes again. Owazo OS gives your AI an organized, permanent home for how you work, so it keeps your rules, your voice and your decisions, and helps you run your business.

The result: less explaining, less correcting, less hunting for files, and more finished work every day.

Built on Claude. Claude is the underlying AI. Owazo provides the structure, business context, operating rules and ongoing support that turn it into a system tailored to your business.

The Concierge builds new work with you, and Owazo OS keeps it. Compare them.

  • Installed and tailored to your business by a person from Owazo, working alongside you.
  • Online training, so you can run it and grow it yourself.
  • Monthly support and regular updates that improve the system without ever touching your own files.

One question. Two live systems, read only. The answer in seconds.

An illustration with a fictional company, Harbor Mechanical. The figures are examples.

Sound familiar?

Your AI is smart. It just doesn't remember you.

You explain your business every time.

Who your customers are, how you price, what you'd never say to a client. Every new conversation starts from a blank page, and the first ten minutes go on catching it up.

You correct the same mistake twice.

You fixed the tone of an email on Monday. On Thursday it makes the same mistake, because nothing you taught it was kept anywhere.

Everything it needs is scattered.

Price lists in one folder, the proposal template in another, the notes from last week's call in your inbox. Useful answers depend on you finding and pasting the right pieces.

In practice

Ask once. Get it right the first time.

Five requests, each typed or spoken into a new session. Every answer uses something the request never mentioned, because Owazo OS already had it.

How it works

Three ideas, set up once and used every day.

Organized

A workspace for each part of the business

Sales, operations, marketing and communications each get their own workspace, with the rules, templates and reference files that part of the work needs.

Remembers

Corrections are written down and kept

When you fix something, the fix is saved where it belongs. Your decisions, your preferences and your way of saying things carry into every conversation after that.

Focused

It reads only what the task needs

A sales question pulls in your sales material, not your whole business. Answers stay on point, and nothing unrelated gets mixed in.

What you get

A working system, and the help to keep it working.

The system itself, on your own computer.

A complete, organized structure of workspaces, templates and working rules, installed where your files already live. Nothing sits on our servers.

Tailored to your business from the start.

Before setup, a short intake tells us how your business runs. Your first three to five workspaces are built around the answers, so the system speaks your language on day one.

Setup done with you.

A person from Owazo installs it with you, connects the tools you already use, and makes sure it's working before we call it done.

Online training.

Short lessons on how to use it, how to teach it, and how to add to it as your business changes. No technical background needed.

A 30-day check.

One session a month in, to see how you're actually using it, fix what isn't working, and point you at what you haven't tried yet.

Monthly support and regular updates.

Support is there every month when you need it. The system keeps improving too: we update the parts we maintain regularly, and your own files, notes and settings are kept separate so an update never overwrites them.

How it runs

From a checklist to a system you use every day.

1

You get a checklist before we start.

Exactly what you'll need: the AI subscription and desktop app, where your files will live, and which of your tools to connect. It says who pays for each, and nothing on it is a surprise later.

2

You tell us about your business.

A short intake: what you sell, how the work moves, the tools you use, and the jobs you'd most like help with.

3

We set it up together.

We install the system, build your first workspaces around your business, and connect your tools, with you in the room the whole time.

4

You learn to run it.

The online training walks you through everyday use, how to correct it so it learns, and how to add a new workspace when you need one.

5

We check in at 30 days.

One session to see what's working, tune what isn't, and make sure the system has become part of how you work.

6

After that, it keeps getting better.

Support is there every month, updates arrive regularly, and your own files stay exactly as you left them.

Your files, your privacy

We never go into your system without you there. Every support session happens with you present.

Your system holds how your business runs, and maybe some of your personal life too. So there is no background access and no poking around while you're away. If you ever stop, you keep every file, and the support and updates simply stop.

The service

What's in it, and what isn't.

Owazo AI Operating System

The system, set up with you, taught to you, and kept up to date.

What's included

  • The Owazo OS system, installed on your computer.
  • Your first three to five workspaces, tailored to your business.
  • Setup with an Owazo person, including connecting the tools you already use.
  • Online training you can go back to any time.
  • A 30-day check on how it's working for you.
  • Monthly support, whenever you need it.
  • Regular updates, with your own files never touched.

What it asks of you

  • A Claude subscription in your name, with its desktop app. The checklist says which plan.
  • Time for setup and training, and the habit of using it daily.

What isn't included

  • A shared system for your whole team. This version is built for one person. Team setups are quoted separately.
  • Custom automations beyond what comes with the system.
  • Building new connections to tools that don't already connect.

Before you start

Two reasons this might not be for you.

You won't use it most days.

The system gets better because you use it and correct it. If AI is something you'll open once a month, you'll pay for something that never gets the chance to learn.

You want the work done for you.

Owazo OS makes you and your AI much more capable. If you'd rather hand a job over entirely, see the standard systems, each built and run by us, with a fixed scope.

Before you ask

The questions people ask about this one.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set it up with you, and the training is written for owners and managers, not programmers. If you can organize folders and write an email, you can run it.

What do I need to buy?

A Claude subscription and its desktop app, in your own name, plus whatever tools you already use. The checklist you get before we start lists each one and who pays for it, so there are no surprises.

Can you see my files?

Only when you're there. Every support session happens with you present, and we never access your system in the background.

What happens if I stop?

You keep everything. The system and every file in it stay on your computer. The support and updates stop.

Is it only for the business?

It's built for the business first. It can also help you run your personal life, if you choose to, with workspaces for things like travel, household admin and family dates.

How is this different from the Owazo AI Concierge?

Owazo OS is a system you own and run, with setup, training, monthly support and regular updates. The Owazo AI Concierge is two working sessions a month where we build new workflows with you. They're separate services that work well together: the Concierge builds new work, and Owazo OS keeps it.
