These terms apply to your use of owazo.ai, our chat widget, and the calls and text messages we exchange with you. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Who we are

Owazo Inc., doing business as Owazo AI, is a Texas corporation that helps small and mid-sized businesses put AI to work. Any paid work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement with that client.

3. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or contact us through it.
You agree not to misuse the website, including trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false information.
Content on the website is for general information and is not professional, legal or financial advice.

4. Text messaging program

Program: Owazo AI text messages.
What you will receive: informational messages, such as replies to your questions and appointment confirmations, and, if you agreed to them, promotional messages about our services.
How you join: by entering your phone number and checking the consent box in the chat widget on owazo.ai, or by texting us first.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.

5. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, graphics and logos, belongs to Owazo Inc. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Owazo Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our messaging program.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The last updated date at the top shows when they last changed.
