Yes. It says so at the start of every call. Callers get a quick, helpful answer either way, and anyone who asks for a person is put through or gets a callback.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls you don't answer are forwarded to the agent.

How does it know about my business?

We build its answers from your website and a short list of questions we go through with you. You approve every answer before it goes live, and we keep them current.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, takes the caller's details, and texts you a summary so you can call back. We add the answer so it knows next time.

Are calls recorded?
